Progress

The Savage Worlds version of Heart of Glass physical copies have arrived! That means your address will be locked in the next 48 hours, so if you have a change in address, please update it now!

Once addresses are locked, I'll begin the process of mailing everything out. This was a small crowdfunder, so I have to do fulfillment myself. Please be patient as I make my way through your orders.  

I can't wait for you all to get you stuff in the mail!

There may only be one more update for this campaign where I update you when all the copies of Heart of Glass (and any other items ordered) are out the door.

The Foundry VTT module is out now and in your Backerkit rewards if you got one. You'll be getting your copy on Drive Thru RPG shortly!

Next on deck is the Savage Worlds print version! And at about the same time I'll be making the physical tapes. 

Heart of Glass Play Through

The current play through of Heart of Glass is in its last couple of sessions. In case you missed it,  I'm writing recaps on the Table Cat Games blog. You can find the recap of the first session right here. We're up to part 6 where the players are gathering some allies as they head into the final explosive confrontation. I also have a revamped timeline based on their actions, so you might find that helpful if your players do similar things.

Greetings Street Wolves! Here's our latest updates.

Progress

The system agnostic version is out now and in your Backerkit rewards if you got one. You'll be getting your copy on Drive Thru RPG and itch shortly!

Next on deck is the Foundry VTT module!

And once that is done, the Savage Worlds version goes off to print. I decided to wait until both the Foundry VTT module and the system agnostic versions were done before printing, so I could catch any hidden typos/mistakes as I used the book to work on the those versions. 

Heart of Glass Tape

After a technical hurdle (the tape deck I was going to use broke), I think I've got things solved with a back up. Here's a picture of the tape:



They're custom made in a transparent red shell. I decided to make the tape a little more special by "packaging" it like how the second tape is found in the adventure. That's just a hint to avoid any spoilers here. 

I did a test recording and it went well. It has a very vintage low fidelity that matches the story. It's a very cool prop!

Greetings Street Wolves! Here's our latest updates.

Progress

The Savage Worlds version of Heart of Glass is available in PDF form for those who backed in your Backerkit account! It is being sent out through Drive Thru PRG and itch.io very soon.
 
We're looking at getting the physical version to the printer in a couple of weeks! I'm doing a final bug hunt on the doc and making sure everything is in order. If you find any errors, feel free to send a heads up to [email protected] to let me know! 

What's Next?

I'm working on knocking out the other items with the main focus being on the system agnostic version, but I'll also be creating the Foundry VTT adventure soon. Stay tuned for further updates!

If you are getting a physical tape: Just a reminder if you didn't see it last update, I've been working on physical tape duplication and I've run into some technical issues. If I can't get the issues resolved in a timely manner (by the time the book is printed), I plan on mailing you the tapes separately at no extra charge.

Progress

Art Wolf Nataly is working on the final piece of art! It's looking like that it will be done by the end of next week. We're now very close to putting all the art in the book and being able to release it!

Once the Savage Worlds version is out, then I'm working on the system agnostic version. After that, the VTT.

I apologize for the delay. I hoped to have Heart of Glass out by now, but it'll be worth the wait.

If you are getting a physical tape: I've been working on physical tape duplication and I've run into some technical issues. Fear not! I don't want to hold up your rewards longer than necessary when they're due to be shipped. So if I can't get the issue resolved in a timely manner (by the time the book is printed), I plan on mailing you the tapes separately at no extra charge. 

A New Play Through

I wanted to let you know that I've started another play through of Heart of Glass. This time it's to test another, upcoming version of Street Wolves using the Year Zero Engine.

I'm writing recaps of the play through on the Table Cat Games blog. Yes, it is for a different system than Savage Worlds, but I'm focusing on the story and less so on anything mechanical, so it pretty much applies to all versions of the scenario. The recaps also contain  design thoughts where I explain certain decisions I made along with some other bits of info, so hopefully it is helpful for when you run it!

Best of all, this play through gives me the opportunity to run it out of the book, to live test and double check for any pesky errors and typos before we go to print. 

This is the first time I've run Heart of Glass with all the hand outs, recordings by Meghan Caves, and character art. The players have really enjoyed the game and the extra stuff, and I think you will too.
